 Delay gratification Delay means too late and gratification means satisfaction or gratify. Hence, delay gratification means gratification about something reward in late.  According to psychologists Delay gratification is better than instant gratification. It have a power. It shows the patients of any individuals.  These people are found to be a success people who showed delay gratification than these people of instant gratification.

 Mental satisfaction is a powerful tools of getting happiness. To get mental satisfaction it is suggesting that not to be worry about something.  What you get, you got enough.
