Harry was a sales executive of Henry Ford company which is the well reknown automobile industry across the world. Harry was best seller in NewYork, USA. what was the inner theme of greater success of Harry. There emerges some question. Is Harry is more educated then others？ Is harry smarter than others？Is Harry Industrious than others？ No, Harry pocess all parameter just like others. But harry was a unique charracteristics than others. Harry was more ambitious than others.

Ambition is a possitive characteristics that drives peoples to do innitiative action for success.

In steps of success ambition is the first step. An ambitious men can plan the life. Without ambition no plan is designed. 

If you study on the life of success peoples, you will find each had an ambition. In most case at the end stages of peoples success is dependent on that ambition which is formulated in childhood.

Sometimes people may divert from his first time ambition. It happens due to some factors.
